4. Personal experience with the product

I found it tolerable throughout. No burning, no irritation, and no new breakouts caused by the ingredients. However, the first time I used significantly too much product. The result: a sticky feeling on my skin. The second time, I used more sparingly and spread it evenly. That was better. Nevertheless, I noticed that the toner wasn't ideal for my combination skin.

My tip: If you also tend to have blemishes or very oily skin, a lighter toner like the COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Toner might be a more suitable alternative. It's more fluid, gently unclogs pores, and regulates the appearance of your skin without weighing it down.

The toner doesn't come with a spray cap—which is understandable given its somewhat thick, almost essence-like consistency. So, you apply it either with your hands or a cotton pad. I personally use my hands to save product.
