For me, skincare was never just cosmetics—it was always personal. For years, I researched, compared, and tried products. In the end, I was left with the same feeling that many people know: too many choices, too much money and time wasted —and too little clarity.

This is precisely what gave rise to maehwa . Not as just another shop, but as a guide – a curated ritual that brings calm and makes you feel good about your skin.

How does the return work?

You can return your order within 14 days, as long as the products are unopened and unused. Simply send us a short email with your order number. You can find step-by-step instructions here . Your statutory right of withdrawal applies.
When will my order arrive?

We want you to enjoy your new ritual as quickly as possible. That's why we ship with DHL – reliable and free of charge. Your package will usually reach you within 2–3 business days.
What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €60. Orders to Austria are subject to shipping costs, which are displayed during checkout.
Where do our products come from?

Our products come directly from South Korea and are sourced from certified manufacturers. All products comply with EU cosmetics guidelines and are dermatologically tested.
Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your package hasn't been shipped, we can easily cancel your order. After shipping, your statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Are my payments and data secure with maehwa?

Yes. We work exclusively with certified payment providers and modern security standards – so your data is optimally protected and you can feel good about every order.
Kann ich Produkte aus einer Bestellung an verschiedene Adressen liefern lassen, z. B. ein Sheet-Masken-Geschenk an Freunde und den Rest an mich?

Das ist im Standard-Checkout-Prozess leider nicht möglich (nur eine Lieferadresse pro Bestellung). In dem Fall hast du 2 Optionen:
(1) Bestelle alles an deine eigene Adresse und übergib das Geschenk persönlich weiter (so sparst du Versandkosten!)
(2) Oder gib für das Geschenk eine separate Bestellung mit der abweichenden Lieferadresse auf.
Which countries do we bring maehwa to?

Currently we only deliver within Germany and to Austria .
