We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you wish to return an item, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

How the return works

1. Register return

   Please report your return using our contact form or by email to hello@maehwa.de . Please include your order number and, if desired, the reason for the return.

2. Packing & Shipping

   • Please return the goods securely packaged within 14 days of cancellation .
   • You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
   • Please ensure your package is sufficiently stamped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without postage.

3. refund

   • Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund you the purchase amount plus the standard delivery costs within 14 days .
   • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place your order.

Note on the condition of the goods

• The items should be returned unused and in the original packaging (maehwa box) .
• You only have to pay for any loss of value if it is due to use that goes beyond inspection of the goods.
