How does the return work?

You can return your order within 14 days, as long as the products are unopened and unused. Simply send us a short email with your order number. You can find step-by-step instructions here . Your statutory right of withdrawal applies.

When will my order arrive?

We want you to enjoy your new ritual as quickly as possible. That's why we ship with DHL – reliable and free of charge. Your package will usually reach you within 2–3 business days.

Where do our products come from?

Our products come directly from South Korea and are sourced from certified manufacturers. All products comply with EU cosmetics guidelines and are dermatologically tested.

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your package hasn't been shipped, we can easily cancel your order. After shipping, your statutory right of withdrawal applies.

Are my payments and data secure with maehwa?

Yes. We work exclusively with certified payment providers and modern security standards – so your data is optimally protected and you can feel good about every order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €60. Orders to Austria are subject to shipping costs, which are displayed during checkout.

Which countries do we bring maehwa to?

We currently only deliver within Germany and Austria.
We're deliberately starting small to ensure the highest level of quality and service. Other European countries will follow soon.
